Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Fintre Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 75 695 509 945). Due to the intangible, digital nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, with specific exceptions outlined below.
Refunds for Digital Products
Because digital products are accessible and downloadable immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a product has been delivered or downloaded, the sale is considered final.
Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered solely in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment was made for the same product.
- A technical error on our part prevents the product from functioning as described in its listing, and the issue cannot be resolved through support.
Refunds for Custom Development Services
For custom development projects, refund eligibility is dependent on the project's stage of completion. If work has not yet commenced, a refund may be possible minus any administrative fees. If work is in progress, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work already completed and delivered.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet one of the exception criteria, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue. All refund requests are reviewed individually.
